The hotel is 5 minute walk to the metro and very accessible to sites of interest, very clean and staff are very hospitable and helpful. They go out of their way to make our stay comfortable and seamless.
Special mention are CHECKIE GUILTEN and MARC de los SANTOS at Concierge who patiently instructed us with directions in order to get around the city.
LEONA GOWE at concierge who spent a lot of time to assist with tours.
Chef ELVIR QUITORIANO who cooked a special meal for my birthday at Brioso Italian Restaurant . I ordered the special of the day (Linguini with lobster in Pesto sauce- so delicious!!!)
MAY ANN PASCUAL and GRACE ANN REYNADO waited on our table and surprised me with a birthday cake .
At breakfast time CHRIS at Spice Island always greeted me with a big smile and cup of hot coffee and warm milk.
The housekeeping staff work diligently to give us very orderly, neat and clean place to relax and sleep after tiresome hot days.
These are wonderful employees who made our stay memorable and we are very grateful. These employees work very hard to elevate the reputation of the hotel. They all deserve positive commendation and promotion as they are very important assets to the organization. We appreciate their services and will forever be grateful. Mabuhay!

I like everything about this hotel. Friend of mine recommended this hotel and I am glad he did. This was my second time stay at this hotel. All the hotel staff are very nice, polite and very friendly and the rooms are very clean. also you can bring guest too.

Excellent home away from home.Everything was perfect except for the swimming pool that is under renovation- else,l would give 10/10.
I found the hotel very clean, with ever willingness of the staff to support.Next time am in Dubai, l know the place to be; Crown Plaza-Deira!

WOW!!Perfect hotel,absolutely gorgeous,extremely comfortable and great location, few dollars in a taxi to everywhere. Shared a twin room, the beds were doubles and so comfortable. The room was huge including two lounge chairs.Beautifully decorated. Bathroom was beautiful including rain shower and so clean.Staff were very attentive they couldnt do enough. Great buffet breakfast. Hotel was so nice I could have stayed there all day.Room had too many features to mention. Will definately stay there again.

We wished to compliment the hotel on the quality and friendliness of its staff. In particular, a young man at Reception called Shaun, was outstanding in his efficiency and helpfulness - a very refreshing change from what is expereinced in all too many hotels.
